Online naturopathic appointments for Creston, Invermere, and Fernie
Many of my patients live in Creston, Invermere, Fernie, and the communities around them, including the Creston Valley, the Columbia Valley, and the Elk Valley. Almost everything I do in the office happens just as well over video, so you can have the same visit from your own kitchen table.
What an online visit is like
An online visit follows the same rhythm as an in-person one. We talk through your health story, your symptoms, your stress, and what you’d like to feel like again. We review your labs together, and I build a personalized plan with you.
The visit runs on a secure video chat. Your link arrives by email when you book. Open it at your appointment time on your phone, tablet, or computer, and I’ll be there.
Most people tell me they feel more relaxed at home. You sit in your own space, with your own tea, and the conversation tends to go deep. If something needs hands-on care, I’ll tell you and we’ll plan for it.
I see patients virtually anywhere in BC. I’m licensed in this province, so you’ll need to be in BC during your visit.
Labs and paperwork
Share your labs digitally, and ideally upload them before your appointment. That way I’ve read them ahead of time, and our visit goes to your questions and your plan. I can also recommend labs for you to book locally, and we review the results together at your follow-up.
I can prescribe most common medications when they suit your plan. That list does not include benzodiazepines or sleep medications, testosterone, or ADHD medications.
Supplements from your local health food store
When I can, I suggest supplements you can pick up close to home. Creston, Invermere, and Fernie each have health food stores with quality products, and buying there keeps your dollars in your community. Your plan spells out what to look for, so you can shop with confidence.
Custom tinctures mailed to your door
I make personalized herbal blends for each patient (typically $30 to $45). I mail them through Canada Post, and shipping runs approximately $20. Refills follow the same route. Homeopathic remedies can ship the same way.
Payment and insurance
I direct bill most insurers, so your plan covers its share of the visit directly. You pay any remaining balance by e-transfer after your appointment.
A few things to know:
- If naturopathy is covered under your plan, chances are I can direct bill. Check with your insurer beforehand.
- Some insurers ask for a paid-in-full receipt after the visit. I’ll provide one.
- I direct bill for appointments. If your plan covers medicines and supplements, submit your paid receipts to your insurer.
Rates
- Initial consult (60 minutes): $265
- Initial consult, child (45 minutes): $245
- Initial single concern (15 minutes): $100
- Follow-up (30 minutes): $140
- Follow-up (15 minutes): $85
Seniors 60 and over receive 10% off the 60-minute initial consult. Children 12 and under and seniors receive 10% off the 30-minute follow-up. New patient intakes run one hour. Follow-ups are usually 30 minutes at one-month intervals for the first couple of months, then as needed.
Access Rate
My Access Naturopathic Rate supports patients without extended health benefits who find regular fees out of reach. No proof is required. Email the clinic to request an Access Rate appointment.

Getting the most from your visit
- Upload your labs before the appointment.
- Find a quiet, private spot with a steady internet connection.
- Keep your current supplement and medication bottles nearby.
- Jot down your top 2 or 3 questions.
- Log in a few minutes early.
My schedule is full, so please arrive on time. I ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are charged the full visit fee.
