The foundation of her medical practice is on patient centred care – meaning she understands the symptoms, history and treatments for each person will be unique. Whether you have an acute cough, a chronic disease, poor digestion, fatigue, need mental health support or are simply looking to feel better everyday, Dr. Mudry is here to work with you. Please note that due to its complexity, she DOES NOT DO CANCER CARE at this time.
Being trained as a primary care doctor, Dr. Mudry can assess day to day complaints, watch for signs of more serious disease, and refer when needed. Naturopathic primary care takes all aspects of health into consideration to support long term health. Along with natural treatments you can receive general lab tests, physical exams and prescription refills. Dr. Mudry offers naturopathic care to the East Kootenays in the Kimberley clinic and to anyone in BC through tele-medicine.

Dr. Mudry has a long history of working with children and teens is excited to provided wholistic care for childhood conditions and the often difficult transition through adolescence. She makes many of her own herbal medicines formulated to be easy to take – many liquids, glycerites, chewable and other types of medicine are available.

Naturopathic care can be part of supporting many aspects of women’s health, including hormonal health, for women and people with a uterus and ovaries. Gender inclusive and trauma imformed care is very important to Dr. Mudry. She does her best to help people of all genders feel comfortable in their body.

Living with an autoimmune condition can touch nearly every part of life. The focus of Dr. Mudry’s master’s thesis was the immune system. She works alongside your other care providers to support people living with autoimmune conditions including ankylosing spondylitis, hashimoto’s, celiac disease, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, psoriasis, lupus and more.

One-on-one care, or learn on your own.
One-on-one care. In-person in Kimberley or virtual across BC. Current patients use the Self-Care portal for refills, their treatment plan and to-dos, and clinic files and handouts. Refills and handouts are only available there. New patients: click Book an Appointment. Returning patients: log in to Outsmart to book a follow-up.
Learn. Self-paced courses and e-books for anyone, patient or not. Learn is where you buy and open them. Patients are welcome to use it too. It is separate from clinic care and does not replace individual medical advice. Learn and Self-Care are not linked, for your security, so each has its own account.
