Dr. Katelyn Mudry is a Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia. She sees patients in-person in Marysville, Kimberley, BC or virtually across BC (she is only licensed in this province). She does not do cancer care currently. Dr Mudry’s schedule is very full so please try to be on time to your appointment and be aware of the 24 hour cancellation policy (see below).

Cancellation Policy
Please note, Dr. Mudry’s schedule is quite full and 24 hour notice of cancellation is required so we can try to fill the spot from her wait list. She charges 100% of the visit fee for no shows/last minute cancellations.

- Carroll Food Intolerance Lab – $180
*Seniors 60+ receive 10% off the 60-minute initial consult ($239). Children 12 and under receive 10% off the 30-minute follow-up ($126).
Access Naturopathic Rate
For patients without extended health benefits who find regular fees out of reach. No proof required — simply email the clinic to request an Access Rate appointment.
- 2 Access Rate new-patient appointments per month – $185
- 2 Access Rate follow-up appointments (30 mins) per week – $90
Spots are limited and allocated first-come. Requests by email only. Access follow-ups may be scheduled every 2 months rather than monthly; refills can be requested anytime or given in 2-month quantities in office.
Summer 2026 Scheduling
Select weeks this summer will be online-appointments-only. If in-person follow-ups are unavailable, please check online appointment slots. In-office medicine pickup and refills continue as normal with Mersedez.
New patient intakes are one hour. Follow-ups are generally 30 minutes as needed.
Treatments are all personalized and can consist of any of the following: a personalized herbal medicine blend (30-45$), homeopathic (15-25$), dietary and or lifestyle recommendations, and occasionally supplements. Dr Mudry can prescribe most common medications (no benzodiapenes or ADHD meds).
Insurance Billing
We do direct billing for most insurers. If Naturopathy is covered under your plan, chances are we can offer this service, but it is recommended to check with you insurer beforehand. In some cases, insurance companies require patients to submit a paid-in-full receipt subsequent to the appointment. Typically insurers are very quick to turn around payment. Please note that we only direct bill in-house for appointments, as that is the most usual form of coverage. However many do cover in-house testing such as Carroll food intolerance testing. Additionally, some people have extended coverage that will reimburse for medicines and supplements. In these cases, we ask patients to directly submit their paid receipt to their insurer for additional compensation because that is typically what insurance companies will require.
